Elon Musk’s X is not free anymore for anyone
X platforms (recently called Twitter) own Mr.Musk decided to charge subscriptions for all new X users. He announced that recently on his X account.
After Musk bought that platform, he did such controversial things with it. He launched a subscription service, and it has been a choice for users until now. But now he has decided that a subscription is mandatory for users to post on X.
As per news reports, new X users can share posts for 3 months for free. But after that time period, X users will be charged some amount to share posts on X.
There hasn’t been much information released about how much they intend to charge or which countries will be affected by the new rules. We want to wait for the details.
The Musk-led company declared a massive wipe of spam accounts earlier this month.
As the social networking platform began the process of removing bots, a number of X users lost followers.
The network had been inundated with spam and porn bots in recent months, confusing users, which prompted the action.
Musk has declared that trolls and bots were being removed from the system.
