Meta Unveils Cutting-Edge AI Generative Tools: EMU Video for Text-to-Video Creation and EMU Edits for Seamless Image Customization
Based on META’s “EMU” AI research project, they recently launched new two generative AI projects. That new generative AI tool will enable Facebook and Instagram users to generate video from text prompts and facilitate customized edits of images in-stream.
The first AI generative tool named “EMU Video”
That AI tool enables to generate of short video clips based on text prompts.
According to Meta users can create high-quality video clips based on simple text prompts or still image inputs.
As explained by Meta about the EMU video
“This is a unified architecture for video generation tasks that can respond to a variety of inputs: text only, image only, and both text and image. We’ve split the process into two steps: first, generating images conditioned on a text prompt, and then generating video conditioned on both the text and the generated image. This “factorized” or split approach to video generation lets us train video generation models efficiently.”
That AI tool quite well than last year introduced the text-to-video creation process because Using the EMU tool user can generate 512*512, four seconds long videos, running at 16 frames per second. That’s pretty cool.
That tool facilitates users to custom, specific edits within visuals.
The interesting part of that tool is user doesn’t have to highlight the part of the image the user wants to edit, If you simply ask from tool which element you want to edit, the tool will recognize which part you referring to, coz that system works based on conversational prompts.
